What if I’m unfit / injured / haven’t trained in a while?
Perfect, we coach all levels. Your program starts with where you’re at, not where others are. This is why we specifically take the time upfront to understand your needs/ starting point in the 1:1 consult.
What Happens After The Foundation Month?
At the end of your 30 days, you'll sit down with your coach to review your progress and decide what's next. Most clients continue as ongoing members you keep everything from Foundation Month (semi-private coaching, personalised nutrition, ongoing accountability) at the same price. If your schedule or budget shifts, you can adjust to Core (£397/month)—you'll still have access to expert coaching and the premium environment, just with less intensive nutrition and accountability support. No contracts. Cancel anytime with 28 days' notice.
How much does the foundation month cost?
