  • I’ve been training at HOF for about 6 months and have been loving it. The coaches are great as well as the community. There are two types of workouts: Strength/ Reformer. The small group PT sessions are a great way to strength train based on your personal goals. The classes tend to be more HIIT and a great way to get your cardio in. You train in small coached sessions (maximum 6 people) at our private Primrose Hill studio. Your coach builds your programme, guides your nutrition, and keeps you accountable. You just show up.

How often would I train and how long are sessions?

Most members train 3x per week. Sessions are by appointment, so you book times that work for your schedule. Sessions run approximately 50 minutes, so you can be in and out within the hour.

Can I choose when I book my sessions?

With sessions running on-the-hour, all week long, you can book times that suit your schedule via our bespoke House of Fitness App. No more missing workouts or rearranging your day. Consistency becomes effortless.

What if I’m unfit / injured / haven’t trained in a while?

Perfect, we coach all levels. Your program starts with where you’re at, not where others are. This is why we specifically take the time upfront to understand your needs/ starting point in the 1:1 consult.

What kind of sessions do you offer?

We cover the 3 main pillars of movement: Strength, Reformer & Cardiovascular training all under one roof. Additionally we also have in house rehab and nutritionist to give you a holistic approach to your training, recovery and overall health and fitness.

What Happens After The Intro Experience?

At the end of your Intro Experience, you'll sit down with your coach to review your experience and decide what's next. Most clients continue as Complete members (£497/month)—If your schedule or budget shifts, you can adjust to Core (£397/month)—you'll still have access to expert coaching and the premium environment, just with less intensive nutrition and accountability support. No contracts. Cancel anytime with 28 days' notice.

What kind of sessions do you offer?

We cover the 3 main pillars of movement: Strength, Reformer & Cardiovascular training all under one roof. Additionally we also have in house rehab and nutritionist to give you a holistic approach to your training, recovery and overall health and fitness.

What Happens After The Intro Experience?

At the end of your Intro Experience, you'll sit down with your coach to review your experience and decide what's next. Most clients continue as Complete members (£497/month)—If your schedule or budget shifts, you can adjust to Core (£397/month)—you'll still have access to expert coaching and the premium environment, just with less intensive nutrition and accountability support. No contracts. Cancel anytime with 28 days' notice.
